Boys Varsity Basketball State Champs 2018-2019 Season!

The boys varsity basketball team of Skyline Gila River became Division 1 State Champions through the Canyon Athletics Association on Monday, February 18, 2019. They played against Madison Highland Prep at the Talking Stick Resort Arena and won with a final score of 44-58, lead by their Coach Mike Craig (pictured left).

The boys team consisted of 8 players, while 3 of the players being their senior year (Francisco Castro/#3 – Micah Case/#12, and Allen June/#15). Their banner and adornments will look great at their brand new Gila River facility opening in the Fall 2019!

Great job Mustangs!! Your hard work and dedication during the season payed off!
